KINSHASA (Reuters) - Police in Congo have arrested 13 suspected sorcerers accused of using black magic to steal or shrink men's penises after a wave of panic and attempted lynchings triggered by the alleged witchcraft. LOL as funny as this article is, its not a laughing matter over there. These are real concerns. Its nice to go out and not have to worry about shit like this but i used to live in West Africa and there was a time paranoia for this kind of stuff hit a peak. Kids weren't allowed to talk to strangers because they were being used for ritual sacrifices it was completely fvkd up back then. Things are a lot better now, i haven't heard of a penis snatchin in yrs
