The 2.41 P3 firmware update in now live and waiting for those of you who missed 2.4 or had troubles with it. For those of you who have a working PS3 with 2.4 on it, you'll still need to update of course.

2.41? Dam....this stuff always happens when I'm at work... 2.4 is already working for me so I guess its no biggie, but still, it always happens while I'm at work.

Now I know why they pulled it down.

They had to change the art of the platinum trophy.

Makes sense to me.

Why is it I can game online with no lag, surf the internet at a decent bit and download my favorite TV shows while doing both of those other things I just mentioned with no noticable speed difference, but these damn firmware updates always take forever to finish? I started it when I opened this thread and I'm currently only at 34%.

for me it always takes like 2 hours when i download the update on the ps3

on the computer takes like 4 minutes
