A Submitting Question.

I wanted to ask this question for so long, some times the stories i submit are reported as OLD but the thing i am confused with is that only NEWS gets old, Not an Article or a Review.
Please can someone let me know that how old can an Article or a Review be, so that it can be submitted without any hesitation.

This has been answered before, but here's a brief version:
Articles/editorials can be old if their content is no longer relevant or readers feel it is overdone.
Reviews are old, if the game is no longer new and relevant or old enough to be retro. I use an 8 week rule of thumb. Publication date is also a factor.
