Jesus chirst haha, this is actually quite funny if its true.

It's not as serious as people think. It's not like an American Lawsuit, they're going to get their bonus money and probably some small compensation. Most likely no one's going to hire anyone who's left the company either.

Tomonobu Itagaki however will most likely sue for a huge amount of money. He seems American enough.

I will be curious to see really though if Itagaki can continue developing videogames, if he will work for another studio or start a new one, I would assume most companies would see him as too much of a liability.

NG fails mega in terms of story, which is its biggest weakness in my opinion. The boss fights at least hold it together a bit, since their intro cutscenes are awesome.

NOW...if only we knew WHY we were fighting these random bosses, and why some of them never die (looking at you, Hydracubus).

If you get the chance, Ninja Gaiden 2 will blow you away. The last boss fights towards the end of the game are brutal. =)

Good on em I say, we need a union for games industry employees, the big companies take advantage of us, the industry is about 40 odd years old yet people like Tecmo, EA from all accounts and my company are childish and treat the workers with contempt.
