Any others out there who don't care one bit about Trophies (or gamerscore for our XBox friends)?

i couldnt care less.... i know i wont try to do anything for a trophy, if i get one so be it, but im not losin sleep over it!

I don't care either. They don't motivate me to play the game more, unless I am going to unlock something.

i never really cared... sounds cool...
i won't say if it might turn me into some trophy zombie later down the line though, but at least it gives me more replay value for my games.

i just wonder what the incentive of the Level Up system is all about since it's meshed with the Trophy System.

While I'm not exited about them, I will give them a try. Just like HOME.

If they didn't add them, I wouldn't be mad or anything, so I guess I don't really care.

What I really care are PS3 exclusives.

While I'm not the next Syko 360 Gamerscore Whore, I think they're fun.

A great example already on the PS3 are the Ratchet and Clank skill points, they aren't just there to mindlessly acquire, they expand the game's experience.

I don't play game on hard.

The progressive nature of acquiring trophies to level up gives it an appreciable edge. What I mean is that it makes the concept
of achievements even better and rewarding. It is a welcome addition. The thing is,it won't really change anything if you never needed or wanted it before,but others may find it a welcome addition to the improving PS3 microcosm.

I won't ever play Haze again though.

You aren't alone. Didn't interest me on Xbox and won't interest me on PS3. I will play a game once or maybe twice and the achievements that i manage to catch are the ones i catch. I have never and probably will never go out of my way to do something just to get some points. Now if it unlocked something in the game then that is a whole other incentive

I don't care about them but I don't mind them either. I'm not about to go and play all my games again to get the Trophies but for particular games that I can't stop playing it's always fun to see what the devs might want you to try.

yeah, but even with MGS4, i'm sure all the things we've unlocked in the game will be part of the trophy system. Big Boss Emblem will be the Platinum one.
see, i won't do it for all games but certain games i want to unlock everything and now that there's trophies i'll have to add that to the list to get 100%

i won't care about that whole leveling up thing that goes with trophies though, i don't have time for that. but it's an interesting concept that many people will embrace.

i think that they are fun and if your bored they give you something to do, to me it adds a little bit more replay value.
