I saw Iron man last night and i gotta say I REALLY enjoyed it. It was such a great movie...I also saw the Incredible hulk. At the end I noticed Tony appeared at the bar....so this I assume is to set up some movie where all the super heroes will be in?

and I dont get why tony approached the bad guy from the incredible hulk..is tony bad? Are the avengers a evil organization?

No, they're not evil. Remember that the Ross isn't a badguy. He's doing what he needs to to protect the country.
