I haven't figured out all the controls yet b/c it is in Japenese, but I haven't gotten too into it so if anyone has any input on how good it is let me know...btw, dark sector wasnt too bad...wasnt too good either

Well, I played the original and I think they introduced the gun waay to damn early in the game especially for a demo, but the controls are pretty simple, over all the Siren demo was... okay.

The demo was allright the only thing i didn't like was i didn't know the controls also i had no clue what the point of the story was.

I played it and I loved everything about it. In that quick, it replaced Silent Hill and Resident Evil as my favorite Horror games.

Yes....I liked it THAT much.

The demo is pretty aight, i guess...i didnt really play it i only watched it....the grahics are good, kinda...really dark...hard to jugde..

i really liked the Siren demo. still haven't figured out everything with the controls but i managed to finish the demo. i'm going to replay it a few more times though. the end of the demo left me wanting to play the full game though. if it doesn't make it over here i'll import the japanese one and google the controls or something. i really liked the game and it was pretty creepy. does the job well.

it has to make it over here, the game was in english, the translation was from english to japanese...i would be pissed if they screwed america out of this one...even tho i prolly wont buy it

Thing is, I used a forum post to learn the controls that translated everything.

First Person mode, zooming into faces as they run at you, how to reload properly, how to do stealth kills and such.

I really, really, liked the atmosphere in this game and the controls were top notch. Finally, I can go into aim mode and strafe left and right (AHEM RESIDENT EVIL 4!!!!)

Just by playing a demo you prefer it over RE4? (or w/e might be your favorite)

It might help to know I had no expectations for the game. However, I replayed the demo and it was just as good as the first time. I would definitely say give it a shot, and play it over when you have a grasp over controls.

I should write a walkthrough for the demo if anyone has trouble.

the new siren seems intriguing, and silent became dull after the second one, and resident evil is more about an paced game, not a horror game, so I can say that siren is the best in its genre...
