I'm guessing based on the temp logs and stuff on the side there that you're overclocked? If thats' the case, maybe Vista just doesn't realize it.

Aye 2.4Ghz to 3.3Ghz with a simple FSB and Multiplier change.

Thought so. Vista's probably just to dumb to realize what sort of CPU it's sitting on since it's no longer exactly stock. It should still perform just as well.

CPU-Z is a program designed to analyze your computer specs such as Ram, processor, graphics card etc. Vista on the other hand is just giving you a basic overall of your computers specs plus you can edit the rating to make it higher lol.

Please go into you Bios, and make sure the CPU is properly registering with the board and that all the proper channels are enabled. Had this problem multiply time while building, with Vista. This surprisingly isn't a problem with Vista, more of a CPU being capped cause of your Mobo.

btw, overclocking voids everything in your PC btw, so be careful.
