Anyone play BLACK for the PS2?

BLACK for ps2 was the best FPS ever. It had ps3 graphics on the ps2 before ps3 was in production. BLACK hands down had the best graphics out of any game for XBOX and whatever else was out when PS2 had its dominance. It also had a bangin storyline.

THey need to make a BLACK 2 that would be off the hook. I don't even know how they would top the graphics of BLACK, if they made a 2nd one it would basically be movie quality cuz BLACK had some amazing graphics.

Black 2 yes or no?

I think the devs forgot about this game, seing how old it is, but it could be a possibilty for a multiplat format release

black was awesome, twas probably my fav fps on ps2.
it was done by criterion(the guys behind burnout) right?
so while they are still updating burnout i'm not sure they will give this too much attention, but i hope they do do a sequel eventually...

ye it was one of the best shooters on ps2 along with killzone

I heard there's a good chance for a Black sequel at some point. I played that one on the original Xbox and PS2. It's definitely one of those games from later in that gen when Xbox games were starting to look noticeably better than their PS2 counterparts, but it looked sick on both consoles.

I LOVED it. Also, Criterion hasn't forgotten about it but said that Black 2 is unlikely, for now at least (Though they said it a year ago).

Since I hate multiplayer and don't give **** about it, singleplayer of FPS games is all that matters to me and in that regard, it was the best FPS of last generation. Halo 1 and 2 weren't bad but their real power was in their multi. TimeSplitters had better level design and story but still, Black was the most satisfying experience to me. Cold Winter was fun too.

Black was awesome. Im sure if you look around there are articles saying black 2 was gonna be made, If not thats a damn shame, EA Should sell the IP to Activision so Infinity Ward can do it <drools>

I'd prefer they leave it in Criterion's hands. The producer of the game called it "gun porn" in an interview prior to its release. That's the guy I want making my Black sequel.

Im saying if they wouldnt make another Black give the game to a studio that knows how to make a similar game. Id very much perfer that Criterion keeps hold but Burnout is so popular we'd be waiting forever for Black 2.
