Has anyone ever brought up the idea of tying submitting with the ability to approve. If you aren't submitting a minimal number a stories then you can't approve stories. This might help slow the amount of approval spamming that we see in the pending section.

lol, funnily enough I would like it the reverse. Too few contributor's approve stories!! I'd like to see something where a contributor can't submit story number 30 if they have approved or reported at least that many!

Too much submit-and-run lately.

well then that will just increase the amount of useless reports and people ignoring the legitimate reports. We already have enough of those already.
