RE: Avatar and Signature Tutorial

Yeah so I made a signature over the last twelve years and now it won't show up. It's 500x200. Copying URL shows the picture in the signature box but doesn't show in threads even after I've saved and ticked "show signature". After leaving the edit screen and going back the signature is gone. Somebody tell me what I'm doing wrong before I demonstrate my ability to go over-the-top over the slightest annoyances and kill myself.

Sorry, TMAN, when the new forums debuted I guess that link went dodo. The old forums relied on those, the new ones don't. OP updated!

I thought that was the case. Thanks, just thought I would let you know. EDIT:Actually,I do have a question. Is there a way of making signatures centered or moving them to the right? That is what I was looking for and thought PDG codes were it.I am sure I saw something about it somewhere on the site, but for the life of me can't find it now.

Creating your signature
-
Friday, November 06, 2009 8:31 PM
I wasn't able to find anywhere on N4G where you can edit your sig, so I decided to start a little place right here. Due note that this thread isn't about holding a conversation, but rather getting your signature exactly the way you want it.

Note how my Halo 3 sig should now be bigger Edit - It is the same, so don't expect immediate results if you change something

No real point to thread... you could just look at any previous post of yours to check out your sig...

@BIoodmask Thank you for reading what I wrote without jumping to conclusions /s. If their is a part on this site where I can see my edits to my sig, please tell me. @Flip-it3 I tried that, they just have the sig that I had at that time http://forums.n4g.com/tm.aspx?m=729734 See, no sig.

@Flip-it3 Well thanks for trying to help, guess this was a bad idea because I'm probably the only one that has this problem. I guess I will try to talk to an Admin or something.

Re:Avatar and Signature Tutorial

Ok I know I'm going to sound stupid as hell for asking this but its killing me. I cant Figure out how to upload a pick from my PC 2 my Signature.I know you can use a pick from your PC for your Avatar. The only way it seems that I can is by having to use a image URL. But the picks on my PC at least to my knowledge have no URL. Also I cant seem to be able to upload any picks from my PC on any thread. I have a Great pick of a game (Borderlands) that I got signed by the Gear Box Dev team and I was wanting to show it off. AM is missing something? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Acidic =) Plants face in hands.........
