Signatures:
1) Go to Profile (upper right of the Forums page)
2) Scroll down to the Signatures box about halfway down the page.
3) For signatures, treat them as you would an image inserted into a post:

* Your signature should not exceed 500x200 px and 100kb and should not contain nudity

You may want to look the pgd code over as well.

Avatars:
Forum avatars are larger than mainpage avatars, and do not automatically resize.  Thus, they may give you a bit more trouble!
1) Go to Profile (upper right of the Forums page)
2) Scroll down to the Avatar section about halfway down the page
3) Upload your avatar here, be sure it meets the specs listed below*

Tip: If you have an image that is 145x145 or less but you just can't get it to less than 10kb, save it as a gif and reduce the color spectrum.

* Avatars must be equal to or less than 145x145px, less than 10kb and should not contain nudity

The Pics in Progress thread is helpful if you have a picture you want altered, or you need an avatar made.

If you have the image on your PC just upload it to Photobucket or some similar image hosting site.  Then you'll be all set.

Predator: the forum template doesn't determine the appropriate size of the sig, the R&G do.

Try http://www.picoodle.com/ to upload it. Make sure it doesn't exceed 500x200 px and 100kb.

Edit: Cat beat me to it

There are still a few users violating that.

Post the image here and I'll have a look at it.

Edit: That sounded like I'm a photoshop wizard....which I'm not. I just thought I'd try and help out
Edit 2: You'd better post it here instead.
