BBC Mystery Game Is Heavy Rain - Aug.-6th-2008 21:28:01

I'm sorry, after seeing these screen shots i honestly don't think the game can be anything else. The BBC guy says the game is a previously unannounced game so i am guessing heavy rain has undergone some sort of name change.

lol yes thats why i said they changed the title duh

What else can it be. Before MGS4 i would have said this isn't in game but now i know better WOOOT. PS3 exclusives FTW

It's been titled Heavy Rain for like 3 years now, also from what he said Phil Harrison wouldn't have acted so surprised that he brought up HR seeing as we ALL knew about it in some form since The Casting video. Heavy Rain's announcement wasn't shrouded in secrecy, just the details of the game. The BBC game however, we're not supposed to know about it yet and as much as it seemed like it WAS Heavy Rain, the signs are pointing that it is. Be glad though, at least this way we get 2 stellar games that is if it's what he said it was from the very vague yet intriguing description.

it looks good; but I still think it's something from the London team. They did stop work on all other projects; and BBC and the London team fit better than BBC and Quantic. Plus, Heavy Rain was already known, and they have said many times it's not Heavy Rain.

BBC mystery game is not HEAVY RAIN.He said it clearly.

plus, a little bit further down, he pretty much says it's a first party game. Saying third party developers usually have to multiplatform (although Heavy Rain is PS3 only), but saying that first parties don't have this problem as it applies here. Meaning the game he saw came from a first party studio. I think it all point to the London studios team; plus, weren't there hints from Naughty Dog and others?; saying that the London team could help them because they helped GG on K2, helped them, but could work on their own stuff since they already finishing helping? Plus, the work stoppage on the other titles to focus on something else (meaning something was already in the works). It has to be them.

about London studio,I agree with you,I mean London studio is SONY's biggest internal studio with about 300 employes,and the only game they already released is Singstgar.They must be up to something big,big enough to validate cancellation of 8days
