Status: offline 		im wondering if BFBC for the PS3 lags a lot or is it smooth?

I just want a new shooting game so I would like to hear from those who own the ps3 version...

anyone?

Status: offline 		It covers the lag well by making you think your PS3 has frozen.

That is, when it lags, it locks up your system until it's not lagging any more.  The PS button is unresponsive, and there is no movement, it looks like the PS3 has frozen, and I once did a hard reset on the PS3 because of this.  Later I found out this apparent freeze is just BC lagging.

All indications suggest to me this is lag.  Unless my system literally locks up completely for a full 10 seconds every so often and then suddenly decides to unfreeze and run smoothly for another few minutes.

but personally i dont know, i think they had some HILARIOUS ads tho, a shame if it didnt deliver

    But yea i never experienced lag and ive played more than 100 games on there...or lock ups, or any other issues...

    Yeah it does actually, as far as frame rate issues go PS3 usually takes the cake for multiconsole games.

    the ps3 version is vastly inferior blu ray can't help teh crappiness sell sucks at general processing and the rsex is teh inferior 2 360 gpu and it teh sucks...

    Oh yea mgs4 is the only good game little big planet, god of war 3, ff14 killzone 2 and socom are gonna flop ps3 sucks..

    Well, from what I heard, the PS3 version specifically had chug issues, so like temp "freezes" followed by continued action, rather than frame drops.

    Could just be some peoples' systems.
