ORIGINAL: Black Rose Lately developers seems to go for online more then single player or story at all. COD4 sold a lots for its MP mode not SP, not that it was bad but it sure wasn't worth its price for SP alone. Then again there is also gamers who don't like online games and prefer SP over MP ONLINE and that is why developers should put to both sides the same amount of time and effort. Completely agree with you, and I've been making the same points. Some people may prefer online, but that's not where true gaming brilliance is found. We need single player. If we had to sacrifice either one to save the other, the choice should be a no-brainer. I think Resistance got it pretty good. Long, decent single-player, and great multiplayer, too. Seeing as Resistance 2's featuring 2 seperate campaigns for single-player and co-op, and epic online, I can see Insomniac being one of those rare developers we see every gen, who push others in their field to better themselves, and ultimately spur advances in gaming. I'm admiring those guys more everyday, they're the perfect example of a creative, talented, and hard-working developer. But uh, why the blue? yes R2 will indeed be a great experience. And just to give you another example: MGS3:S had online. that is when I first bought MGS3 because I never heard it was out until then. so the game had a superb SP and gave us a little extra which quickly became a big thing(online espionage action). so either if you liked the game better offline or online you had the choice and it was well balance. now I know Kojima team has a team for each part, one for its SP and another for its MPO, and yet both share ideas for each side. both sides give effort and time equally and I believe that is why each game always delivers. and about the blue, well I think is just because is my favorite color for text
