It's only the first one and the game could get some really bad ones but I'm excited about this game. I like they way the characters interact. I love the Frostbite engine except for the exploding tress but in the scope of things that's minor.

Do you guys think BBC will turn out to be a good game?

I think this game will be very fun. I will get it in a couple of months though.

The screen tearing problems in the demo killed it for me.

I played MP only and didn't have any screen tearing.

I have it pre ordered. I'm a Battlefield fan.

Well, I had high hopes for this game but heard some pretty negative feedback from the demo (Didn't play it myself).

Still, I fully trust DICE. Plus, this is the first Battlefield game that I care about since it has singleplayer.

The demo was fun IMO. Plenty of carnage, slick, sharp visuals, and not many slowdown or framerate issues. I think it'll provide the mid-year FPS goods that HAZE was supposed to give.

My only gripe; with all the environmental destruction, you'd think they could of added a bit of body destruction... Grenades and missiles blow through concrete and brick walla, but not people? I'm no gore-whore, but c'mon.

MK RED, Battlefield 2 had single player, but it was glitchy at many points. The final mission for the Chinese (I think) was so choppy I couldn't finish the game. Decent single player but far too glitchy with bugs.

Your gripe is a really good point.

Have you played the demo?If i had the money it would be an instant buy for me, the game sucked me in so much I would buy this first over mgs just for the multi player, I played that demo so much...

Well, I'm definitly a gore whore (Though I prefer to be called Gore-hound ) but the reason for that in Battlefield BC is the T rating. Having exploding bodies was part of DICE's original strategy but then EA forced them to make the game T.
Now do you understand why I prefer all games to be M rated

Based on my demo experience, I'd say it would get so-so reviews.  The multiplayer is fun, as long as the servers for the actual game run smooth (no random 3-second freezes while playing) and hopefully let us customize our own control layout scheme.  The shotgun and AT-4 on the demolition class feels a little too "nooby-friendly" though.

The story seems funny as hell (I wish more games could be on the comedic side).

I think another site from New Zeland gave it a 9 out of 10 and so far its getting excellent reviews. Unless EA's money bags aren't grabbing these scores lol.

I thought the demo was great, played about 30hrs so far and thats rare for a demo.  In fact I liked the demo map thats much I will just play that for about 2 or 3 months and wait for the price drop for the full game. I thought the sound effects for the weapons were great also.  My only problem with these games is when everyone spawns and just pick different vehicals, sometimes they dont even stop to pick you up, so its rare to find a server where people play as a team, its very easy to win if you play as a team.
