Right now, there aren't too many good cartoons.  What happened to the old school cartoons??? .. they were great.  I loved DuckTales, TaleSpin, G.I. JOE, Transformers, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, M.A.S.K., etc.  So, this is simple.. just list off anyother cartoons that you remember fondly, you thought as great, or is just underrated... Feel free to trash any crappy cartoon also

Rocko's modern life was the best. I hated Doug, it sucked.

Original Transformers was the sh*t. Then the first season of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

South Park is my obsession now.

Darkwing Duck and He-Man. Old episodes of Transformers don't really hold up IMO, but He-Man is still pretty kick ass today.

Also, while there are lots of terrible cartoons lately I don't think it's fair to say that there aren't any good ones anymore. There's tons of awesome animation going on today.

Edit: Lol@MK_red's Transformers comment. I swear that wasn't there when I started typing.

I still love watching the old Transformers; i used to love Voltron, but that really doesn't hold up anymore.  And yes, add on Anime if you'd like

You forgot the great comic book cartoons in the 90's:

    Batman: The Animated Series
    X-Men

Those two will forever be my favorites.  There are others but they don't stick out as much as those.

I will say that the greatest for now is Spongebob Squarepants.  I am 22 and for some reason I can't find anything bad to say about it.

Dexter's Lab was some sweet action, too.

Crap, I forgot Family Guy and Aqua Teen Hunger Force and The Boondocks.

    Damnit Dragonball Z

    Oh man...those days.

Talespin, Darkwing duck, Duck Tales, Then as I matured, X-men and spiderman when they were shown on Fox. nickelodeon had me hooked on Doug, and Rocko's was the SHIIITTT. Oh man, give me a cartoon that has someone like Filbert or Heffer, and I'll give you my undying loyalty. What else was hot..Teenage Mutant Ninja turtles of course, Old school, I liked thundercats more than I did voltron or transformers. He-man was hot **** too. Give me any Bugs Bunny cartoon as my top faves..

Anime - DBZ (subtitled of course. . english voice over sucks balls.), Fatal Fury, Fist of the North Star, Cowboy Bebop, Trifun, Outlaw Star, Saikayo, Kenshin, Macross Plus, Sailor Moon, Project A-ko, jesus..alot man. I miss those days actually..

Hentai is a good form of cartoons.

But I also like Fairly odd parents. That show is kind of goofy but that goofieness is usually pretty funny.

My favorite cartoon at the moment is Avatar the Last Airbender; also, the Looney Tunes are still crazy good.  I used to love watching June Bugs on Cartoon Network.  Denver the Last Dinosaur just brought back memories; does anyone remember the Cartoon Express on the USA Network????

Everything but animated shows aimed at adults died for me after Nickelodeon canceled Invader Zim. Damn Nickelodeon to hell, I hope all their stars get pregnant and have to leave their respective shows and the network gets turned into a country music station.

Off the top of my head..

Swat Kats, Animaniacs, Freakazoid, Garfield, Doug(all time classic) then the super fighting robot himself....

Then another favorite is a cartoon that I think really needs a video game on next gen consoles.  It would be done such good justice.

    ReBoot is getting a...well...reboot.

    quote:

On June 1, 2008, it was announced that there will be a trilogy of ReBoot films coming to theaters. Jon Cooksey has been signed to write the script for the first film. As of currently, the films will follow a different story from the comic, but the overall plan is to continue the methodology in terms of engaging the fans.
