As avery loyal Bemani BeatMania IIDX follower i cant fully endorse this, just as i did with guitar hero but i dont see this slipping into the mainstream like guitar hero did.
Track list does look amazing but the big reason Hero got popular is the casuals flooding to it and not the hardcore music sim fans. Time will only tell.

Thats a very nice song list. I have heard most of the songs and they mesh together very well. I know DJ Hero is published by Activision and we should all be in Bobby Kotick hate mode right now, but I plan on getting this game sometime in the near future.

It's the same game as Dance Dance Revolution, is the same as Guitar Hero, is the same as Rock Band etc. - has nobody else noticed this? I'm starting to think Natal might be a good idea to replace all of these crappy peripheral-based games.

I'm actually excited for DJ Hero. The song list looks amazing. It's nice to move off of rock music for a while, now we can chill with some hip-hop/rap as well as dance/electronica/trance my fav. Good stuff.
