Hmmm...PvP.... not a big fan i tell u that...

Finally got the second PS3 fired up and running,loaded account on it, threw in my CE Demons souls made a new Wanderer and grinding to lvl 30 to do some co-op'ing with my brother, was offline from the start so i could get White WT in Bolataria to unlock the gate and hack me a crazy chick witha Big Axe.... 

Killed blobs... shot me a pesky dragon.. hacked down Tower knight... WT = White @90%

...she fast i tell u that.... ... .. got me some brushed Armor ... her Armor..not so much...


So i was farming the Tower of Latria decide to kill idol ..did... got revived yay... there i am 3-2 killing  a Gargoyle and Waam!.. you been invaded.. yippy.. some tool most likey some teenager with a "Im a super kool Assassin mentality" thought it would be kool to invade.. i had 18.000? souls ... thought to myself.. he ether going to hunt me down or the Crystal gecko's  and chances are he will just hide somewhere and try and backstab me..../la~sigh..

Now dont get me wrong.. i love Everything about this game's online parts.. seeing fantoms,bloodstains,messages ect~ but....  Not a big fan of the Player invading.. Not that im  scared to PvP heck No! just dont want to deal with it,maybe if i had 1 or 2 blue fantoms sure but i like to play slow and take breaks(log out where i stand and finish later)  cuz i always end up having to do something and when you invaded you have to deal with the pesky bugger.. let alone go killing myself in the Nexus after i get revived..its nice be alive once and a awhile and not have to play soul form all the time..

So... XMB >> Account management >> Sign out PSN. 

Then.. the damn game stops.. loads ... enters offline mode and some kid somewhere is screaming 'Oh what a loser!!' ... I just dont care for PvP... sure you get a advantage being alive you have more atk/def/HP and get White WT if you kill the bugger but...  you lose..well thats the annoying part since the guy would get half my souls i need to use to lvl up to play with my brother and well thats 'Time' i wont get back.. and i not getting younger..

So i wont play this game offline its way to boring and empty with it not being Online and it dont say anywhere in the toss at the start of game thats says i have to put up with invaders..

And i still havent invaded any one else's game i wont, unless i want to d'lvl a stat or  shift Black CT/WT or to just learn the lvl ..but who's to say i will attack the player?..

Now if this was Guildwars or WoW ok PvP bring it!.. but its not so go away.. i'll kill you later i'm busy playing my game.

I always bust their equipment up with the Scraping Spear if they invade, then hack 'em to bits with my Large Sword of Searching.

i don't play online when i'm too busy grinding. i start the game, load my file, and THEN sign on. too many ball suckers online thinking it's cool to invade other people's games and try to steal their drops/souls while in the end most of them end up losing and you end up getting white tendency + souls. i've never lost a match. as mentioned above, the scraping spear will break everything they've got. their shield, armor, everything. after that, they're defenseless. just switch to 2 handed and finish them off quickly.

protip: blocking with a shield or with a weapon in a PVP match is useless as all it does is drain your stamina and leave you open for free hits. roll/strike is the only way to go.

 I only got invaded once and i killed that poor bastard  , sometimes i invade other ppl but not once i was able to defeat em  way too much advantage to the person who is getting invaded unless you catch him in a bad situation , i can tell it would be annoying if you get invaded too often but it only happened to me once .

So lol i got some funny hate mail again... This time it was some guy that invade 4 times... in the Shrine of Storms and 4 time i pushed him of the cliff... 

thats 4 levels the guy lost in 4 failed invasions ... im amazed he invade the same game those 4 times but the Host must have been laughing his A$$ off..

It was on the side cliffs with the Gold Skellys.. he had some colorful things to say....


Second was when i was Old Monk today, i wasnt trying to kill the guy i never  try to kill anyone as a Black Phantom..  i dont invade .. i'll only be BP if i get called , I just i like the Tower of Latira..  but being the Boss is Fun! 

I'll make you work for the win  like a Fatty works for a Bugger! Man was funny i use my +5 Blind and just lol when i see people 'Hold' up there shield .. Not going to help you silly :P

So i just hacked  and Dodged like crazy but never going for the kill really Really close but no cigar ... then 
"game session has ended" .... Followed minute later by  a Message and its just to damn funny...

"OMG WTF GO AWAY AND DIE LEAVE MY GAME NOW JERK!!!!"

just funny.

But we did get that share of Retards... like the guy that Ran past us to get to the tunnel so he could 1 vs 1 with a Mirdan Hammer ..

But i learned a GREAT trick for dealing with pesky BP's.. Use the spell "Hide" + Grave robbers ring and  
Meat Clever, You like practically invisible and you can get right in his face befor he see's you and Just sprint at him and press R1 for that jump hack smash attack... he dead 1 hit and  never sees it coming...

Just make sure you dont have any other buff on or he see that.


Oh and we skewered some poor sap with 3 scraping spears.. oh boy he had a big repair bill.
