Post all things here about the third season of dexter or seasons before. But your theroy's on what will happen. I made this thread only for the fact every time some one see surfengineer. They get on the topic of Dexter. Lets try to keep this thread alive until the end of season 3.

Well like I was just saying in the thread where surfengineer showed up, I think his sister will find out about him this year. She's not likely to react well, but I don't think she'd turn him in since that would really mess up the dynamic of the show.

That could work but i really do not want that to happen. If that happens the show will go all crazy. Anyway the end of season 2 dexter said he try out different ways to kill. One of them has to be pretty sick. \

Does anyone think Dexter will start to start his own code with Rita's son cody.

This is from wiki.

Season three will premiere September 28, 2008 on Showtime[6] and in Canada on The Movie Network. Jimmy Smits has signed on to the season 3 cast. He will play Miguel Prado, an assistant district attorney who will work with Dexter to pursue a murderer who has affected both of their lives.[7] Dexter befriends Miguel Prado which changes his way of life afterwards. It was also rumored that in the third season, Dexter kills someone innocent and that causes "an avalanche". Another main plot will be Debra's new love - "a healthy loving relationship" - but it wasn't announced with whom.[8]

Looks like Jimmy Smits will be the new Doakes. Man am I going to miss that character! He made me LMFAO every time he talked!!

If his sister finds out she will not be pleased but if Dexter explains Harry's code then she should somewhat understand.

Cody seems a bit to stable for that sort of thing. Dexter was kind of a psycho already by the time he hit that age. I don't think he'd corrupt Cody just to have a protege.

I wonder if that old FBI agent the sister was screwing will be back.

Hmm interesting...

I doubt Dexter will have a code with Cody unless Cody shows signs of wanting to kill. Kind of like that one kid who he was going to befriend that ended up killing himself

The only thing is he doesn't go by Harry's code no more.

My favorite part is season 2 finale when it going through the voice over. Saying about he code and everything. Also the fist season i find the part when he kills his brother one of the best parts in season 1. Cause you feel for Dexter.

RIP DOAKES.......Man that character was great sad to see him get blown to bits. In the commercials looks like he is goin in a different direction with his murders. I have a feeling debra is gonna find out what he is doing this season. I cant wait. Glad to see alot of you have good taste in tv.

I cannot WAIT for the new season to start. Its hands down my favorite television show.

Too bad that Doakes had to die, I thought he was the best character.
