Hi,

I just bought the new PS3 GTA IV bundle on game.co.uk. I chose the European delivery method (since I live in Denmark)
Went through it all, paid and got an automaticly generated confirm-mail.

But then I saw this:

We are unable to ship orders outside of the UK over 1000g which would include all hardware orders.
Do you think they'll cancel my order? Just annoying why accept orders if they can't do them.

Last question: If they're unable to deliver the console, do you know any other British internet site with the GTA IV or GT5: P bundle?
I tried amazon.co.uk, but they wrote this:

We're writing to let you know that we are having difficulty processing
your Mastercard (exp. xxxx/xx)

There is cash, I've bought many things in Danish stores, the only difference was amazon.co.uk didn't ask about the 3-digit security number.

Somebody may think I should just buy it in my own country. But Scandinavia is expensive like hell.

I have a quick look around but I don't see any. Generally Uk shops don't deliver electronics outside the uk as they are taxed and won't be worth their while.

I can't order games or mp3 players and the like off Amazon because in ireland we have something called the WEEE tax and they refuse to deliver.

I've ordered my PS3 today from gadget-asia.com (they have cheap dualshock3) :D
Just make them note the invoice value to something reasonable compared to the size and weight, and you won't have to pay the insane danish taxes ;>

I believe so... the power cord, or whatever you call it, is the UK standard.

Thanks for the replies. I will order from amazon.co.uk, I typed a wrong billing address.

Yes the European duties are insane, but with such a big package they'll check it for sure.

And since UK and Denmark are members of EU, it's just much easier.

I just got a reply from gadget-asia.com about the invoice value on the PS3:

" Hi,

Thank you for your email.

We will declare it as a gift and mark it at cost value for you. 90% of the orders will not need to pay for any custom charges; however this is not a guarantee."
