I'm planning to get a PSP sometimes this year for Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core, Patapon, and GOW: CoO.

Yep, I have both of them. Good for those long car journeys.

I own a PSP, Metal Gear Portable Ops is Good but Metal Gear Portable Ops+ is not as good.

Also Tekken Dark Ressurection is good as well, i would also recommend Wipeout Pulse, Ace Combat and Killzone Liberation

Ah, I'm adding Ace Combat, Killzone Liberation, and Metal Gear PO to my "Must-Buy" PSP games.

no rpgs????  FF: Tactics was a beast, and is great for long travels b/c i dont think it's a drainer, like some psp games, like God of War.  Also, if you liked FF:Tactics, Jeanne D'Arc is good, mainly b/c its pretty much the same thing, with some visual differences, and dragons that take up 9 spaces...pretty cool.  God of War was good for the day it took me to beat it, I would rent that, no need to pay full price for a game you'll finish in a week anyway.

I look on metacritic when I try to decide which psp game to get next based on ratings.  It has the top 10 or 20 ranked by rating, both FF: Tactics and Jeanne D' Arc are up there, so is Disgaea, which I was thinking of picking up.

Since I don't travel as much as I used to, well not till I go back to NY at least, so I have no use for a lot of psp games b/c i'm home with the PS3, but its a good thing to have when you are on your way to sleep and need something to help you fall asleep, RPG on PSP is the way to go, especially slow ones like Jeanne D' Arc, That game moves slow, b/c the enimies dont normally chase you, they wait til you get closer, then they move in, and the story develops slowly too, but that could be a good thing.

Dude he's right. I love my PSP but DS has more games. Only thing ds owners are being left out of is Loco Roco, Metal Gear Ac!d and Patapon, IMO of course

The DS is superior to the PSP in terms of quality exclusives . But with homebrew baby...homebrew...you can play everything you want.

PSP is better than DS. DS is like the Wii, loads of games but almost all are made for 8 year old girls. Only a few games like Mario are worht buying. PSP has original games like Patapon and Locoroco but also the PS franchises like GOW, Wipeout and MGS. PSP also has a broader spectrum of features and isnt just a portable gaming machine.

Basically, if you like PS3 then you usually like PSP.
If you like Wii then you usually like DS. I think anyway.
