Status: offline 		Alright of your going to whine about how im an anti wii fanboy then please note they I have a ps3 ad 360 version of this as well, So please sit back and dont take this seriously.

So lets start.

Just because wii is in first place doenst make it the best console.

Wii hardware is barely hitting the next gen criteria if not slightly below.

Old people dont want to play the wii.

The wiis name is silly but its definitly more fitting then the Revolution.

The wiimote is a gimmick.

Smash bros melle was better then brawl.

Mario and like are both highly overused franchies and need to be axed for at least a little while untl they can come up with new ideas for them.

Your mom only bought you a wii because she thought there were no violent games on it.

Even at 250 USD wii is too expensive (but then again any console is these days)

Wii is not better then ps3. (I only mention them because of this http://youtube.com/watch?v=MFoyp71xw3w )

Posting videos or comments on the internet saying "ps3/360 sucks!" wont make wii any better.

The wii is a fad like anything else in life that is popular.

The wii is intended for pre-teen children. The games as well as the look and name of the console make it very obvious.

Would Nintendo even exist without the Mario titles, I don't think it would of had as much sucess over all the years or inot the future without them.

Actually the only console I have is a wii (or rather it belongs to my little brother.)

Status: online 		aww your other ones were better this is just opinionated and at times just wrong  

For instance look at your 'old people don't want to play the Wii' when you can find them in nursing homes and they actually have bowling nights on it.  Wii Remote is not a gimick it's a controller  is the D-Pad and Analog stick a gimick?  Then making fun of the mascots of Nintendo... really retread that comment?  Can't help it if a brand is strong make fun of Madden, GTA, MGS, GT, Halo, Jak, Ratchet, Star Wars, Alien, and so many more.  Oh and nice touch bringing my mom into this but sorry I bought it with my own money just like I did with the PS3 and 360.
