Status: offline 		Just poped into my local GAME shop here in the UK to buy Ninja Gaiden 2 and i thought I might aswell Pre-order MGS4 for extra GAME points, by the way i also got the free mgs dvd when pre order whoop whoop!!..............anyway i asked the guy will they be opening at midnight wednesday and he said no not for this game...so i asked why (and this was the manager) he replyd "we haven't seen that many pre orders for this game across all our branchs, nothing to the scale of Halo ang GTA but we might be opening early" dam looks like ill have to wait till the morning lol

is anyones else's game opening at midnight?

Status: offline 		That's ANNOYING. I checked my GAME as well, and they said the same thing. But thankfully it's my friend who's the Manager there so he's going to bring it to me at midnight. Hahahaha!

Status: offline 		I think MGS will still be a big title, but I also think that its impact will not be as large as MGS 1 and 2 were, something along the lines of MGS 3

well i asked the wood green gamestation and the girl(yes girls and a hot 1 at dat:P) dat works dere said they r lol so not everyone is doing it.

cool we also have a gamestation so maybe there opening, hold on GAME own gamestation so why wouldn't GAME be open..oh well either that or i can go to a 24 hour Tesco lol

Hmmm...well we'll see. I expect MGS4 to sell about 5 million at the end of the day. Due to install base limitations, i don't really see it selling more than that. But i do see it selling a million in the first day

Status: online 		my EB isn't doing a midnight release either. I might head on over to Best Buy (10 km) to get it since they are doing a midnight release and get my refund back from EB.

not every GAME had a midnight launch for GTA4, in fact only half of them did- I bet there are a few stores that will

your wrong, very very wrong

MGS3 came when the PS2 was already the victor, but MGS4 is coming at a difficult time for the PS3 and is getting hyped by Sony fanboys such as myself to no end

MGS4 will have a MUCH bigger impact than MGS3
