i remember reading that the Xbox 360 version of GTA IV also has an optional install to help with loading times. Well IF that is true then i would love to know how to install it because i get annoyed with the long loading times when switching between single and multi player games and vise versa.

so if anyone knows how to, then let me know

I'm pretty sure it doesn't. The really long singleplayer loading time can never be eliminated though, even with an install. It's probably just a little faster. The in-game loads are a lot faster, that's about it.

yeah i thought it wouldnt but it was in one of the "hottest" news article before GTA IV came out. i was just curios to if it was true.

Only loading time I hate is the respawn in multiplayer. My friend who has it on the PS3 said it's the same there, so I guess I don't mind not having the option to install.
