GTA back to basics - Apr.-30th-2008 7:58:23

So, my ps3 decided to break just 4 days before the GTA IV launch, so while its being sent off for repairs i'm going to tackle the GTA trilogy for the ps2. It includes, GTA 3, Vice City and San Andres. Chances are I'm only gonna finish one out of the 3, but which one? I heard Vice City is great but San Andres is the latest and greatest, not including GTA IV......Which one should I start with????

If you start with SA it'll be damn hard to play the others afterwards sans GTAIV. Granted San Andreas was my favorite one out of the 3 so it's either that or Vice City.

I'd play Vice City for the story and missions but SA is the better overall game.

id go with the first GTAIII, isnt it initially in liberty city? so u will get used to the city again before getting into GTA4

yeah, it does take place in Liberity City, but i've also played Liberity City Stories recently so I'm still pretty familiar with the city.

I'd probably go for Vice City, but they all have their charms. I went through Liberty City Stories myself but at some point I'll pick up Vice City stories too because I prefer that city.

Enjoy GTA IV when the PS3 gets back.
