My friend just gave me his PS3 and I'm tryin to get some good fighting and racing and shooting games.

So wats good yall?

Tekken 5 (or whatever), Motorstorm and Uncharted. :P I'd also suggest Metal Gear Solid 4, Devil May Cry 4 and Resistance: Fall of Man.

Bioshock, Halo 3, Dead Rising, Gears of War, Mass Effect, Devil May Cry 4, Orange Box, Blue Dragon, Lost Odysee, Ninja Gaiden 2.

Get Fable 2, Too Human and Gears of War 2 coming out soon.

finally got a gaming machine eh? congrats.

fighting I would say Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit, but I'm sure other people can tell you of better ones.
Racing I would say Grand Turismo % prolauge, but only if you like the realistic drivng stuff.

Shooting = Call of Duty 4
Racing = Gran Turismo 5: Prologue

Resistance but the multiplayer learning curve is a little high

COD4 online is totally addicting

Good racing games:

GT5P...Burnout Paradise...COD4...MGS4. That's it. Oh and for fighting, def. wait for Soul Calibur 4.

I agree, but many won't.

I'd rather put it this way:

Most games this generation are utter failures, fortunately MGS4 is not.

However, since he asked for shooter/racing/fighting games, MGS4 is only partially able to make that list (under shooter).
