I just got my free Haze tin in the post but now I'm thinking of canceling the pre-order (

) and getting Burnout instead. Mainly because Haze looks "meh" and burnout wont take up 4GB of disk space.

THE HAZE DEMO THAT WE GOT FROM THE PS STORE IS A MUCH OLDER VERSION! The actual game looks and plays a lot more smoother than any demo that u or I have ever played. I am not promising it will be the next halo, but I do promise that if your into FPS games, Haze is one helluva fun game!

I recommend you get HAZE.

Good to hear now that I've found out that GAME being the queerhawks that they are, have decided not to let me cancel my pre-order now. Probably because of the free tin they sent out. But have you got Haze or something?

Game wise, Burnout Paradise is a phenomenally fun game like all other Burnouts and is my definitive choice but Haze isn't out and If you're justing doing this for install capacity then ...

I'm sure Haze will be a good game but I'm wanting to read the reviews first and when they aren't out before the game is it makes me wonder if the devs know its crap and might affect the pre-order sales. But now that GAME have finally let me cancel my pre-order I'll get burnout and possibly Haze at a later date, most likely after I get a 320GB HDD. :)

Is it real? different build? Why did they do that? venture to guess, UBI & FR want people not to buy Haze.
After playing MGO beta, I'm not interested in MGS4, so Haze is the only game that I'm going to buy before summer...but the demo almost succeeded to kill my interest in Haze.

btw, Burnout Paradise is a good game. imo best next-gen game so far. but I'm not sure you can still find good players online.

Korosuke: I hope the MGO beta didn't kill your interest in MGS4 itself, MGO I can understand but MGS4 is an entirely different experience. (well should be, I haven't exactly played it).

As for Haze vs Burnout. You can't go wrong with Burnout, but Haze has yet to prove itself since it isn't out yet. I may be biased since I don't like FPS games very much but I do know that Burnout is a great game, and with the major update coming in June it's set to have a whole new lease of life. Not to mention the future updates (including bikes and night driving) throughout the rest of 2008.

Ok so it sounds like I'm selling Paradise to you, but I think it's great. If Game don't let you cancel the pre-order for Haze, get both.

burnout was very suprisingly good, usually open world games arent that good, but i found it to be very enjoyable... haze...well it looks good too, the demo was ok, but there is just so many shooters out there it is nice for a change in pace every once in a while

Burnout is very fun for a month and then it gets a bit tiring crashing and seeing the cutscene all the time. online is great but there arent many people online last time I checked. Haze will be good even though the demo wasnt. I will get haze.
