I liked the first one and the second looks better.

So far it's looking good for the sequel and Del Toro's getting well deserved praise.

Fair enough...  I'm not running either. I get exited before they release, then I just wait for them to get on DVD or now Bluray.  Don't know why.. lol

Looks good though for my taste.

I really enjoyed the first one.  Not at first, but it did grow on me.

The second one looks about...mmmm 10 times better.  But it's not a movie I see myself paying for in the theater.  It's a definate purchase, however.

After watching The Dark Knight about five times in the theater, all i'll be looking forward to is the X-Files movie, Pineapple Express and Tropic Thunder.

Yep.. Dark Knight is a theater must.   Hellboy II depends on the time I have to go to the theater.  I'm starting to enjoy movies like Hellboy (special effects & sound)  more on Bluray.

I would've wanted to see Iron Man and Hulk on theaters, but I'm leaning towards Bluray with each day that passes.

Yeah I hear you.  Iron Man was a kick-ass movie I have to admit.  The Incredible Hulk...not so much.  The blu-ray disc is going to have about 50 minutes of deleted scenes, some that should have been in the theatrical release so it made more sense.

But yeah most of these new movies just aren't theater-worthy.  I'd rather watch most of them in 1080P on my comfy couch in 7.1 audio than shelling out at least $25 for tickets/snacks (me+my girl).  Just not worth it for most movies these days.

I think The Dark Knight will be my swan song on watching movies multiple times in the theater.

    Exactly...

I don't know about that.  The last movie I watched multiple times in theaters was Bad Boy... 4 times

Iam planning to see this movie at midnight.  Next Thursday i had really like the first one.  I think it will be better because Del torro is able to do what ever he wants basically after Pan.  Another reason why i plan on seeing it is because it will hold me off till the Dark Knight which comes out the following week

Off topic just came back from seeing Wall-E every one should see it

    Nice...

Yeah I always watch every Pixar movie in theaters... The only one I missed was Cars, which I thought wasn't that good, but loved it when I saw it.

I haven't seen Wall-E, but I'm going to for sure.

I have vague memory about the first one, but the trailers I've seen so far for the sequel is impressive.
