Hi my xbox 360 just got RRoD and i am from eastern Europe Lithuania and do not know where to find support i contacted baltic states microsoft but they could not help me only gave me a email exboxesc@microsoft.com so i wrote them but did not get any replay .Could anyone please help out here?

unlucky man i feel for ya its not right getting rrod. i suggest you visit their website...you should be able to find customer service for your country

And this is the worst thing that my country doesnt have there own custumer support :(

Hi........Tricky one this cos if where you live, have you tried going on www.xbox.com and on support, there should be a number for 360 support, other than that i would go to the retailer you bought it off and explain what has happened and you should get a new one of them

oh my thats bad bro. if i were you ill save up for a PS3 or you could try the towel trick, doubt that will work...

Wel i agree with dbzboy, Ps3 u wont have any problems, it doesnt mean that i disliked Xbox, Ive never own one but i played with my friends sometimes, Ps3 i never had a tiny problem. Ur choiced, but predator is right that u should go to where u bought it at a retailer shop.

On the official xbox site they have a section for russia link and one for poland link their will be a support section with phone numbers and email addresses for support I'd try them seeing as they seem to be the closest countries to you or if your good friends with someone in a supported country they can pretend it theirs (you don't need any proof of purchase for a repair) and get them to send it off.
