I wasted my time by doing:

Weights
Press ups
Stomach crunches
tricep dips
powerball
newspaper
computer
parkour
food

Parkour and free running are different things to be honest. Freerunning has all the elements of parkour like vaulting, jumping, rolling, precsion jumps etc but it also has flips. Then there are also trickers.

I also did some weights, packed some of my stuff as I'm moving over the weekend (no internets, NOOO!!!), washed my bro's car, spent some time with my ex cos she's gonna miss me after I've moved, and spent most of the rest of the day listening to music.
