I'm 37, and have been gaming for well over 25 years. However, I game MUCH more now, than I did as a kid, because my parents never let us have an Atari or NES. I played a lot of arcade games, and sometimes got to play consoles at friends/relatives. In the past 15 years, I've really gotten into gaming, having owned an N64, PS1, PS2 , XBOX, and 360. I can honestly say I see myself...and my wife....gaming well into our 50s, maybe longer.

I see myself gaming for a long time to come yet. My father is 53 and plays CoD4 and LoTR online about 20-25 hours a week or more.

I've been playing since I was a little baby (about 2) thanks to my dad, that was nearly 19 years ago (I'm 21 this August.) I did my first bit of BETA testing in 2005 (WOW been a while/see Blog for more info), and am about to go on a 4 year Uni course on Gamig, so forever apart from the first 2 years of my life.

This is a dup topic, but I'm too lazy to find the original so...

I'll probably game for as long as I can, which I imagine will be quite awhile. Though, it wont be near as much as I game now, considering my military job takes supreme precedence.

I'll still be playing when gaming becomes unpopular again... and still when it regains popularity again. Then when time travel is invented, I'll be able to go back and pick up all the old systems in mint condition.

I couldn't imagine myself not gaming. I've been doing it for over 25 years, so no. I don't think I'll ever quit. I don't think I could quit, even if I wanted to.

It'll be longer than sites like N4G will be around. You may think that's a knock, but my gaming is part of me whether I like it or not. Been doing it for so long I can't imagine life without it there in some form or another. So as long as I can...

My dream actually is to be retired and wasting the rest of my life traveling and playing video games. To be able to wake up and just play without having to worry about the hardships of life would be a dream. In fact, it would be like me reverting back to my elementary school days.
