Yah. There will be two videos, one for trophies and one for in-game XMB. Who knows, maybe they're release 2.4 tonight.

I live in cali so PST is just midnite for me. I will be awake but not for the videos. I refuse to believe in game XMB is real until it appears on my PS3. I will be playing MGS4 and will probably forget about it till i want to go to bed

But the videos have been confirmed by Jeff Rubenstein. These are his exact words.

"Planning 2 videos, 5 or so mins each. One for XMB features and one for Trophies. None of the previous videos has been a short as 90 seconds, just as long as it takes to show off the features and not make you sit through a lot of fluff."

Since they're releasing two videos walkthrough then I'm hoping they'll also release firmware 2.4 along with it. There's no point in releasing video walkthroughs if you're not going to release the software.

Don't get your hopes up. Just because they say "monday" does not mean the exact time monday hits. You know how sony is with these things, it has to be when THEY think people should get the content, thats why we don't get psn store content the exact minute thursdays hit. But then again, I think thats the same with MS and Nintendo too.

The videos walkthrough will be released tonight, but I'm not sure about the actual software itself. Which is why I'm not getting my hopes up for firmware 2.4. I just want to see how well in-game XMB is implemented in the video.

What use is a video if the software won't release till E3. I am going to play MGS4 now before you convince me into getting my hopes up

well the ps store video came out about a week b4 release correct? somethin like that, but i do wish i was at school when this update releases, b/c i have super connection there, and a ton of ppl are gonna be downloading it at the same time, i think i'll be back b4 Home is released tho...maybe not, prolly be graduated by then
