Look at the people there they just walk up to him and look. They don't try to help him up or anything they just stood there i mean come on now. At least try to help him up.

Status: offline 		I am not surprised. Now a days anyone can get sued for anything. If someone tried to help him and ended up hurting him, family members will sue for everything the helpers got just because they will want someone to blame. No wonder no one wants to do anything anymore.

Status: offline 		to be honest im one of those people i wouldn't want to get sued,accused for more damage,or even have someone say im the one that ran him over. the states suck and i would love to live some place different but now thinking about it even if i did get sued i would have probably helped the guy out. whats more important money or people i believe people are

shock maybe, but still.

Now i have heard when something happens to someone at the psychological level everybody expects someone else to do something, and/or are in shock at the same time. but yeah they should've called 911.

Anyways i don't know if its possible, but could the guy sue those people for standing around and not doing anything?
