There is supposed to a feature with like a spawn cam so you can actually see what area you are spawning to and you are supposed to always be able to chose spawn points. Maybe its cus its beta

the ones ive played no and its bloody annoying when your bombed down in your spawn...other than that it looks and feels solid

Trying to troll KZ2's visuals is just plain pitiful.

im not saying to much but it is good, there are a few niggles that need to be ironed out but im sure they will. it will be a good..will it be the killer FPS???!?!?! will it beat Halo 3 and Resisitance 2...judging by the beta it will destroy resistance 2 abd will give Halo 3 a close run for its money...thats all im saying

Yea i knew KZ2 would have a far better online mode than resistance. But their singleplayer might suck.

I love how u can shoot the dead bodies and it still react to the shots with blood all over... if only all FPS were like that

So i hear but i heard improvements have been made since private beta. Anyway, there is a message from KZ2 dev. Looks like no KZ2 beta this week guys

SCEA beta invites haven't been issued yet, but will be issued. The only timing information I can give you is 'not this week'.
 
Also, the Beta invites aren't handed out to our best friends online. They're handed out to a representative sample of gamers. The idea isn't to assemble a loyal cadre who'll back our design decisions, it's to get unbiased feedback from the widest cross-section possible.

I have to agree. Ress online was never all that. IMO.... but the single player was really nice...

also R2 is going to be way better... not only Hale has few hours to live but also he speak more now lol

im not a big fan offf ress anyway...got the first but never got into it thats why im not bothering with it till the new year as Gears 2 will take my time up...on the other hand Killzone 2 will Rock IF it sorts out its niggles online

Also there were a couple of things i was wondering. How well does the cover system work...does it work enough for you to want to use it online. Are the destructible environments noticable and are the graphics really great in person?

Heard the online and singleplayer graphics are exactly the same. I am sort of disappointed at no cover system online but then again i didn't think it would work well online anyway. Whats your favourite part though

He's playing a beta (which is a like a demo released to a few amount of people to test the game and fix some errors).   The developers of the game released some beta codes in Europe and he got one.
