so today was insomniac's second annual Insomniac Community Day 2009 edition. It was great, they had a panel, we got to meet the insomniacs, the voice talent of some of the Insomniacs games, nlike Nathan hale from resistance and Clank, and Azimuth the lombax from the latest outing in ratchet... plenty off food, give aways and prizes, it's cool because we also those that went were treated to NDA signing, "Non Disclosure Acts" and for good reason, we saw something amazing and epic after they auctioned off all the goodies, PS3, slims, PS merchandise, like anticque and limited eddition Rachet and clank toys that were designed from the original artist who drew up rachet and crew.. it's was awesome. special guest was yahoo games journalist, Sony Computer Entertainment America, EA Harmonix, Universal and G4TV's Adam Sesseler who I took pictures with.

I also learnt that the person who does Clank, also does Nathan Hale, and both optimus Prime and megatron from the original tranformers cartoon...

We got to tour there studio, Uberawesomeness!!!!!! and They game us all 250 people who attended, Limited edition Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack In Time Posters  and signed them, and as an added surprise bonus, everyone who was at the presentation recieved 1 of 300 limited edition Collectors Item Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack in Time for PS3, Signed By Ted Price and Stevesson. I've got some pictures Down below to show what and all happened... No you wont see the epicness that we saw at the end of the Community Day launch for rachet, but you'll see everything else. i even won a PSP limited edition bundle with rock Band Unplugged. taht happened at 12p today... anywho enjoy...  the proof is jsut under this wall of text hope you enjoy.

lol!!! yes they are awesome and goofy.. they had alsorts of stuff, as for the epicness that we were treated to. well I told you i'd have to kill tahts why i'm under NDA... so i cant talk about it..  ^^

Fudge. I left right after I won the vinels ( was one of the guys that got there at 5am in the morning ) but I was so tired and had such a long way to drive that I left right after I won the vinels. can anyone PM me what happened right after I left. I feel so bad now that I didnt stay a little longer to see this epicness.

And If you dont believe me I'll take a picture of me next to the vinels and the pictures of I took of the event too. Please someone tell me, I feel really bad for leaving now.

You should have told them to hire some actual talent, to place a pillow over that terrible Resistance franchise , start from scratch on a new Ip that is creative, refreshing and above all good. Also should have told them to stop milking Ratchet and this years 16th release is enough already.

It is out Tuesday in the US and a week later in the EU.

 

Insomniac is one of the best developers in existance, right up there with Naughty Dog. I wish i could have went to this but i'll just show my support by buying this game, just like i've bougth every Insomniac game since 2001.

 

You should Get educated, first off. it's people like you that pull the industry down, i wonder why the hell are you in somthing PPS3 related considering you have nooo ps3? oh! wait let me guess, You want one but cant afford one...? they are only 299... maybe someone should put a pillow over your face. You need you head examined... weather you like it or not insomniac will always deliver the games we like.
