Kind of along the same lines as this thread...And probably should be put HERE but I will let this one ride I guess since it is an "Official" announcement. I did want to give meepmoopmeep some credit though as he made a thread on this a while ago. Looks like he was spot on. I hope this game turns out to be everything I am expecting it to be. Can't wait to get my hands on it.

what i love so much of this game/character, are his facial expressions. There is so much shown in it; i think it makes it looks eeven more amazing.

Finally, the PS fans can now have a mascot!

In my opinion, it's really befitting that Sony chose Sackboy as it's mascot as what truly separates the PS brand and MS brand (disclaimer: I'm not starting a flame war) is user content.

i have absolutely no objection with this. he is a cute lil toon and he will appeal to more masses than a Kratos would.

He can totally handle it. The fact that he can disguise himself as any number of well-known characters that appear on Sony consoles helps him even further... They so need to release a spoof advert of God of War 3 with Kratos Sackboy.
