First of all, GT5 will be the first next gen game from the studio(GT5P is a part of GT5)
While Forza 3 will be its second

So, if you are comparing the second title with the first, and you are trying to compete which is better and they are both pretty good, uh, buddy, the first title wins unarguably.

Secondly, the devs had to sacrifice just for Forza 2 to be 60fps, 720p. They arent able to make weather effects.
So, Forza 3 will still be 60fps with 1080i with no weather effects, while GT5 will be 1080p, 60fps, and weather effects.

Well, I have alot more to say, but this will do for now

I wont say anything about forza 3 or gt5. I will however point at Forza 2 and Gt5 p. On Forza 2 you have fully customizable cars, that you can enjoy with online with your friends in online matches, you are able to auction your cars and purchase new ones. While on Gt5 you have a 40 dollar demo with horrible laggy online play and horrible car physics( bouncing off walls at 90mph), no body damage. Comparing forza 2 and gt 5 p , forza 2 wins. I cant compare forza 3 or the retail version of gt 5. We will just have to wait and see.
