Why are you reporting stories that have exclamation marks in the titles? If the original title has that punctuation symbol in it then per the rules they should remain in the title when posted at N4G.

Please PM a mod or admin if you have concerns about a specific member.

If Jack is reporting for exclamation marks he is doing so correctly, this is addressed in the guidelines.  The only acceptable punctuation in titles is "?" or ";" or ":".
