Okay, So i went to gamestop and got Demon's Souls. well I started playing and the gameplay and graphics is great. But 1st time i died was like. WTF! I have to re-do all that again? and yep i sure did. made sure not to tke that path that was sudden death. But 10 min later I died again!!! and it starts me all the way back at the beginning. and im like wtf? I have to replay that 30min of gameplay again? So i was so mad and just quit the game. come to find out there is not save option... :@ .. well that was stupid because i have no clue where it's going to start me off. Probably at the very beginning of the game. I just want to warn you people who get frustrated with games that make u redo a lot of what you already have done. well only if you die, but in this game I'm so sure you will considering it is hard and some deaths are totally unforeseeable. So if you like a steady game that has forgiving checkpoints, then Demon's souls is not for you.

How could you not read anything about this game before buying it.  I say that because everything you just wrote down has been mentioned and talked about, so why are you surprised?  And just to let you know the saves automatically updates, so if you open a door, then die, that door stays open.  You just have to battle you way back to where you died to collect the souls.  And its extremely obvious you haven't been playing video games long because, the whole die and start are the beginning of the level is how it was done back in the day.  I swear kids these days are so spoiled, with the check points the constant saving, and easy difficulties.  Well either way I am enjoying the crushing difficulty, and I am sad that you were unprepared for this game, you'll get used to it in time.

if you just read a couple of review before buying the game you would of known this game has an unforgiving save system. Its been labeled as a REALLY hard RPG by RPG players.

Next time try to research the game you buy. I would of liked to get this game but I'd get frustrated after awhile after dieing about 100 times so I'm not going to get it.

 

 I should get this game by sunday i hope  , if you dont like old school difficulty lvl  this game isnt for you  one of the thing i absoulotly love about demon souls is that its not cheap hard

I just got it to hold me over till uncharted 2 :) .. (i am going crazy without it :( ).. but any way. it is fn hard. and nope i rally should have thought it over more, i really do not like the old school way of .. if you die you do everything over again. 

Watch out for a red ghostly looking person, it is a fellow US player thats broke into your game to pwn you. If you play long enough you will eventually have this happen so collect souls , level up refine your fighting skills so you are the pwner. 

All it means is that it's actually bad to die. In too many games dying doesn't really have a negative consequence - miss a jump? Have another go! It takes the tension out of it. You'll sure be careful not to die next time.

Next time you find a death trap, tag the area as as safe zone for the followers...this game made me a skeptic.
