Status: offline 		why not go with a xp/linux combo so you can run mostly everything you would want? As in games and stuff.


And yeah ive had some issues with vista lol crashes all that stuff and the virus software on it wasn't cheap like stuff you cant buy on the market, but for like businesses(my dad used to use the computer), and it still crapped out on me loads of times. Though i think it was the combination of an HP and Vista lol. Funny thing is the most problematic company ive had was dell My dell, and all my friends dells always had issues, though granted most of them had low end dells.

i thought i heard of somehow playing windows games on linux. Is that even possible? If so maybe ill get rid of xp on my mac and go with linux in bootcamp(i think you can run linux on a mac).

It runs everythign with a bit of help from wine and cedega and since ive gone to Linux i will never go back to windows een when i get a new hard drive, my stress level has gone down considerably sinc e linux

Status: offline 		my computer is a dell it has quad core processor 3 gb of ram. Its really fast but vista just plain svcks. Which linux is better and easier to use and looks nice.

very little, my computer has 2 gigs but ive run it with 512 with very little slowdown
