Status: offline 		Where do I start, first thing I'am starting to lose intrest in video games easier. There are too many FPS out there and it just makes you tiring in games. These past two generations have been really mediocre as a gamer I play all any games and I'am starting to see less hack 'n slash/platformers and beat'em ups. I tried to keep a positive thought that it is probably me but I realized that some developers are showing handhelds like the DS, PSP real love and the ps360wii is not really showing me intrest I believe even thoug this generation is quite early and last generation combine don't touch the PS1/N64 era that was the most entertaing period of gaming.

FF7,Tactics,8,9 Zelda:OoT,MM Mario 64 Metal Gear solid, Goldeneye,Xenogears,Banjo-Kazooie,Wipeout,WWF, Star wars, Waverace Crash/spyro castlevania SOTN, Fighting force Super smash bros,tekken 2,3 wave race,1080 jet moto. Wow alot more it just starts to bore me now not even online could extend replay value I had on these games.

The only games these past two generations that sucked me in was MGS2,3,4 Super smash bros2,3 soul calibur 3, FF10, Onimusha(all), Zone of the enders1,2, COD2,4, GTA:SA, GeOW, GOW and Halo.

Thats only 4 games from this generation. (SSBB,MGS4,COD4,GeOW) Tell do you feel the same this generation? I feel like going handheld where all the games is going.

Status: offline 		I had more fun gaming during the PS2 era than the PS1 era, as far as this generation goes, its too early to tell.

Status: offline 		i dont know i'd have to say that game developers are making games look as realistic as possible, but they are loosing you in the story or there-for-lack of. i honestly wouldnt mind if a game doesnt look as realistic as possible if they spent more time with a exceptional story, prime example FF7, the graphics were great for it's time, which has passed a while ago, but people still play it, because it's story is so epic, i hope there are more surprises as the game liabraries continue to grow, but im not going to hold my breath

Status: offline 		Ya, that may be the reason I don't play video games at all anymore.  I haven't touched a videogame in over 3 weeks.  I miss the PS1 era... those were some great games.

Status: offline 		I'm not that disappointed. I kinda figure that this generation hasn't been going for a while yet, and certainly hasn't reached maturity. Once it "comes of age", I reckon we'll see a lot of brilliant games coming out. Who knows? Maybe even the Wii will get it's head out of its arse and start producing real games, like the kind Nintendo promised us.

Status: offline 		I think in a way I am disappointed as well.  I am really excited about what the next gen will offer.
Just as the Playstation is coming out I am looking ahead.

MS really is ahead in this department.  I will give them that.  It sounds like they are already looking to the future and with them already stating they will be the first on the scene with the new system.....AWESOME
