I watched this videogame documentary last night, and it was pretty entertaining. It surrounds the stories of the guy who set the world record high score for Donkey Kong in 1982, and another gamers tribulations in beating that score.in 2006. It also brings up the question of whether or not Twin Galaxies(the official videogame scorekeepers for Guiness World Records) is deserving of their scorekeeping prestige.

If you haven't seen it, you should check it out. If you have, what is your opinion of Billy Mitchell and Twin Galaxies?

That is what I thought. According to Twin Galaxies, Billy Mitchell has got the record back. Whether or not it's a genuine score or another case of business cronyism is the question.

There were interviews with him, his parents, his wife, his friends, his business cronies etc. How was he portrayed wrongly?

I've been meaning to pick this one up. The whole Billy Mitchell thing was played up a bit from what I've read. From what I understand he's a bit of a jerk in the movie, although he's not that bad in real life. I really need to see this one for myself. It has been touted as the best video game movie yet, I still think The Wizard is the best though.

How did it portray him wrong. He said what he said. Not wanting his girlfriend to talk to homeboy, and finally he decided not to play when they had the contest and refused to be there. He is a dooche... Then the video he subbmitted was all funky looking and the still accepted it after they didnt accept homeboys (i forget his name).

They definately didn't do Steve Wiebe right. Didn't it seem like the Billy Mitchell guy was actually the owner of Twin Galaxies? Also if you look at the link posted below, the Billy Mitchell guy alledgedly has the record back. I say alledgedly because the person vouching for the score is none other than the old guy that shafted Steve Wiebe in the first place.
