Little Big Planet on the PC? Bwah? Reader Jacob writes: "Got these display boxes in at work for Little Big Planet on the PC, How Very Queer!!!" Pretty sure this is nothing more than a screw-up (not on Jacob's part, mind you!) and rather certain we'll only be seeing it on the PS3, but yeah, LBP on the PC would be pretty neat. That is, if you own a PC and are excited about LittleBigPlanet. If not, then oh well.

Seriously, if they're going to make an article about a PS3 exclusive going to the PC why not make an article(s) about the 360 exclusives?

Because according to most of the Sony fans ALL of the 360 "Exclusives" go to PC. Sony's don't usually. Therefore making this newsworthy...Even though it is most likely BS.

Well all other websites already site how many 360 games are PC too .  Anyway it's only a rumor and Kotaku loves rumors....

Sony has never released their games on the PC unless it is developed by Sony Online Entertainment. Good point though. What I find funny is Kotaku calling Little Big Planet NOT a PS3 exclusive if it goes to the PC yet they call the 360 "exclusives" exclusive.

This is bashing...? A game rumored to be going to PC?!

Seriously the sensitivity of some gamers is unreal. Must be a byproduct of the "Helmet" wearing, Politically Correct, coddled kid generation.

What I find funny is who submitted the article. A quick check (of his/her bio) will let you know why I think this.

Only things I'd wish were true in that picture are the price tag and box art.

Welcome to teh interwebz, check your feelings at the door.  Seriously some people are so defensive about their console; like it is their mother or something.  Who care if it comes to PC?  Just means more gamers get a chance to play it, besides imagine the improved user interface using a mouse?  Or better yet make the levels editable on PC and upload them to the PS3 for cross-platform goodness.

This is why he has a Podcast and a gaming website, while the rest of us mouthbreathers dwell in mom's basement.

Agree, 100% The PC Mods to PS3 would make this 10 times the game it is already shaping up to be.

You can use mouse and keyboard on PS3 too. That could be part of the big 'reveal' they announced for Leipzig.

Anyway, the game has been optimized for consoles and everything points to the creation process being much more
practical with the Six Axis/ Dual Shock 3.

The fact is people have a right to be defensive when they are fed with information that is most probably fake. It is
a very legitimate reaction. On the contrary, I am astonished not to find people commenting on the real point of contention, that is: the fact that Kotaku is ready to provide its readers with questionable data. They at least mentioned that it was probably a mistake.

The title 'LBP not a PS3 exclusive on the PS3 after all' was not on Kotaku's site. It originates from N4G as the submitter of the article saw fit to post it this way.

PC Mods are very interesting though, but will it not be too much for its own good? Overwhelming, dare I say?

I think what people are usually referring to is that its a Microsoft exclusive being that most of the games require a Microsoft OS, and many are labeled games for windows.

But yeah not 360 exclusive unless we are referring to a console exclusive or something.

This sounds like BS though lol.

Microsoft Xbox 360
Microsoft Windows Vista

same thing as a PS3 and a PSP game or a wii and DS game... only difference is that PC is more powerful then 360, when the others it is flipped.

Maintain that team ico game hype my friend. I have never been so hyped for a nameless title lol

Back on topic. Bringing it to PC really wouldn't be a bad idea assuming there was cross platform play and levels created on pc can be played on the PS3 as well. Keyboard and mouse support should also be integrated for the PS3 as well.

I still think this is 100% fake. This isn't sony online entertainment and i don't see what they have to gain by releasing one of their biggest titles on the PC without a significant timed exclusive window. Sony may not own the IP but they have full publishing rights and the pc thing suggest they will publish it for the pc as well.

SCEE owns the IP,at end of videos of LBP(the one at GDC with helgasts) you can see,"Little Big Planet is a registered trademark of SCEE ,all rights reserved"

And about the TEAM ICO's game,I can't so f*ing wait.aaahhhhhhhhhh.....
