Status: offline 		What ever happened to the LA Noire title by Rockstar? Is it still a PS3 exclusive or was it ever? It looked very interesting from the trailer.

I don't know. I didn't think it looked that impressive and its being made by the same people who did getaway. According to industry jargon, the game is no longer exclusive to the playstation 3. But then again sony has 2/3 game exclusivity deal with the creators so i am pretty certain LA Noire will be the first of those exclusives.

Status: offline 		Not bad... Better include Trophies. I am so majorly pissed off about how Sony is handling Trophies, you have no clue. I love the idea of earning anything for your efforts, and until Sony's mega-cool Trophy system showed us what we could have, I didn't think out-of-game achievements would matter much.

They still don't, but they do... ****.

What's LA Noire in terms of genre? Cash-in GTA clone from the makers of GTA?

Well I remember that people thought this was THE exclusive title that Rockstar had agreed to with Sony, but didn't Rockstar deny this? So isn't there also another title that will eventually hit that is exclusive to the PS3?

No one knows as of yet. Hopefully Rockstar releases some info eventually. Or we learn more at E3.

Apparently, a spokesperson for Take Two even mentioned that a multiplatform release is "likely". I think if they gave you the same control system as GTA, but with the interrogation system of Punisher, we'd have quite a fun little game here...

It's unfortunate that the 360's disc space will almost certainly be the loss of GTAV, because my brother has a 360 and loves the GTA series.

The amount of money to secure that would be huge. Idk if it is that. But it is a definitely a possibility, but a small possibility IMO.

Do you honestly think they're not? Theres rumor that they've already got the general story idea down.

Plus, Rockstar ominously said that it's not like their games are going to get any smaller.

Considering how long they are taking with FF13 and ffvs13, I think they are trying to prefect it.

GTA4 made me hate the GTA series, I'm not gonna get another GTA ever, seriously.

Awesome game

As far as i remember, take two has never said anything like that. All speculation on that has been done by industry insiders by the name of surfer girls and skater boys and maybe games blow.

Anyway, LA Noire could go to the 360 who knows. From what i heard, Sony pulled support on the game my guess is because it wasn't worth much. But since team Soho are former sony employees and their studio was backed financially by sony so they could get exclusive games for PS3, i doubt Noire will go to 360.

Regardless i don't really expect much. Not a big fan of open world games anyway
