Since the PS3 came out majority of us have had our eyes on MGS4. It was the one game most of us have been waiting for. So what other big game does the PS3 have after MGS4. I have been thinking but as for this yr all i can come up with is LBP and even for that to draw huge crowds, PS3 will have to take a price cut. Next yr FFXIII, GOW3 and GT5 should be the system sellers of the yr for the ps3.

Now that MGS4 is finally upon us after the loooong wait, i look forward to tuture but it just doesn't shine like it used to.

yeah, the fact that MGS4 is my most wanted game, aside from FFXIII my hype level for games has gone down now that we'll all be enjoying kojima's awesomeness in a few days.

LBP, R2 are the next big games i'm hyped for but the hype is nothing compared to those 2 i just listed.

hopefully E3 will give us back the "OMFG i can't wait for that game!" feeling again

Eight Days could fix that. Eight days was my most anticipated new ip by far but its been cancelled

GOW3 and FFXIII could raise the hype especially GOW but i doubt it. I hope so but i doubt it. GT5 is one of my most anticipated games but doesn't really get me hyped

oh man, i get depressed everytime someone mentions 8 Days

it doesn't mean it will never come out, but it looks like if it ever does it won't be any time soon

I really can't see how people doubted sony in the first place, or failed to realise Microsoft would be doomed to lose from the start. I had no idea anyone still liked Microsoft, until they joined the console business. You would have thought, given their past endeavours and very nature, there would be no such thing as a Microsoft fanboy.

I'm talking about games that ignite that passion in a gamer. MGS4 passion may never ever be matched again
GOW and FFXIII are titles to look forward to but no passion. There are games i could essentially live without. As for Msoft...only thing i see on their side that impresses is APB.

Yes they are gonna lose...but not as much as last generation. And thats a big plus to MS....stealing market share, is all they want to do.

Why did we doubt Sony...lol...im guessing you dont remember the glory days a little more then an year ago. Getting murdered left, right, and center. It needed a price drop 5 months in...lol....thats not good.

Whats wrong with having an MS fanboy....lol....what did they do wrong?

actually, MS hasn't stolen any market share yet, not until the userbase surpasses the original xbox. but i'm sure they will gain more market share by the end of this gen with some of the awesome titles they released last year, this year and beyond.
and that was their plan from the beginning anyway.

i really don't know what big games will be out in 2009 for the 360 since MS doesn't broadcast future IP's too far in the future but i'm sure we'll see some new stuff pop up at E3. They do need some serious contenders though for 2009 if they still want the 360 to appeal to more people.

360 fanboys, I can understand, I myself like the console. But Micosoft fanboys, why? It's puzzling, seeing as most fanboys actually have a reason as to why said company garnered their loyalty, which brings about questions as to the motivations of Microsoft fanboys.

As for Sony getting murdered left, right and center... well, that basically sums up the launch of the PS1 and PS2. Every generation's been the same with Sony, and this one's following the pattern.
When Sony release a console that does well at launch, though, that's when the fanboys should get worried
