Steroids. Trust me it works.

Eat Healthy, take protein, work out, theres no magic pill (only steroids).

You have to work out and eat right basically. Supplements dont work unless you do these things. Hard work.

You aren''t suppose to take potein  snacks unless you are weight lifting a lot, just weight lift a lot and you'll eventually get muscles.

Go on a diet. The opposite way though. Eat more, but make sure its healthy (no garbage foods, no fast foods)
My friend went on a 8 thousand calorie a day diet, worked out like a beast, and he gained 20 pounds in less then 2 months. He has a nutritionist's help though.

Try lifting heavier weights, less reps, to put mass on. Less weight, more reps, for the 'cut' look.

Work hard, dont stop.

Take creatine.  It puts a lot of water in your muscles and you will get bigger a lot faster. Just make sure you drink a lot of water after taking it. So just make sure you drink a lot

If you work out too much then youll end up overdoing it and youll get less muscle because the muscle doesnt have time to heal itself and get bigger, you should cut it down to 4 days a week like Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday...And also eat alot of healthy food and lift heavy weight less reps

Ok heres a quick run down.

eat healthy and eat 5 times a day.

Big portions of healthy veggies and lean meats. Then lift every morning before breakfast.

Do heavy lifts, Start with SquatZZ!!! do around 80 % of your max.
next do some deadlifts I like to do those at like 95 % of my max.
Military press at like 80 %
Once your done with this Do moar SquaTZZ
Bench press really isn't necessary once you gain serious muscle and feel you want a bigger chest then go ahead and do some.

Do the above compound lifts for about 6 reps for 3 sets each.

If you must take protein I recommend n.o explode that stuff tastes great.

Yeah, you'll have to do a routine because if not, then you won't gain muscles fast. I suggest working with your back and triceps one day, biceps and shoulders another day, legs and chest another day, so on and so forth.

Do like a 30 set repetition of every exercise, but not all at once though, do like ten, rest, then ten again, rest and do the last set of ten etc....

Don't do workouts on the same muscles daily. Not only would hurt yourself, but it won't have any effect if you keep on working on the same muscle.

So basically, having a steady routine, a proper diet, and drinking about three cups of creatine a day would do the trick. (But don't expect results so rapidly, it takes time)

Sh-t (pun not intended), I have the same problem too!  That's why when I was in the military, my co-workers would make fun of me that I seem to eat 24-7!

It's 5:50am in the morning and I have a sack of chips out. But in the afternoon, I'll still be 0% fat!

The two biggest factors over the years for me has been food and sleep. People dont eat right, going to burger king after the gym then staying up all night doesnt cut it. Shakes are normally for before and after workouts. Before you go to sleep you should find either foods or a shake that contains whats called cassein(not sure on spelling) Its a slow digesting protein that helps your body feed you muscles while youre crashed out this prevents muscle loss.  Sleep good and workout hard as hell but but try to be the biggest boy in the gym on day one. dont be proud. Dont over do muscles ive read article upon article since high school stating that you can work a muscle once a week and have substantial gains the biggest reason why...REST.  personally creatine never did it for me because I ddnt have the patience for it. SO hopefully some of these help. When I was 17 I weighed 150 lbs being 6'2 thats scrawny By 20 I worked my way to 196 of muscle by using just what I 've said. good luck. Hope this helps. BTW not everyone is the same so keep that in mind while your trying to find what works for you. Ready GO!
