The week Heao 3 was launched a little movie called The heartbreak Kid came out. It did horrible, needless to say insteas of questioning the quality of the movie they blamed the lack of box office success on the release of Halo 3.

Several months later, GTA IV is finally getting released. Along with GTA IV so the highly anticipated movie Iron Man. Because of what happened with The HeartBreak Kid, they're thinking of pushing the Iron Man date back in order to steer clear of GTA IV.

IMO this is a load of bull. If your movie is good people will see it regardless of what is going on in videogames. In the case of the HeartBreak Kid, no one saw it because it sucked and Ben Stiller isnt funny. I dont know whats gonna happen to Iron Man but ill be seeing it nontheless.

Any thoughts on the subject are welcome

Maybe they should push it back.Iron Man sure looks like it's
going to be one of the best superhero flicks since Spiderman1.

That'd be pretty dumb. It's not like everyone has a next gen console and is buying GTA IV, or will miss a movie if they really want to see it to get a few more hours in on that game.

Some will, many won't.

Ben Stiller is funny but yeah that movie wasn't the greatest

Movie indusrty just needs an excuse and seeing that everything else blames video games why not them too.

I hope not... that's almost as bad as them making a movie PG-13 just so they can get more money.

That movie is so bad, and the nature of the whole thing is just... disgusting. It's a horrible movie, I couldn't get through the whole thing.

Seriously, the world would be better off without Paris Hilton. What the hell does she do? What the hell can she do? She has no talent, no brains, and she's a horrific role model.

A new trend!

Search for a game series and you'll get an IMDB movie result for 2009+!

I just searched for Tekken, and now I know that a movie is set for 2009. Incredible.
