I saw this ad in Playstation Magazine also. I would assume that they have an Xbox 360 one for an Xbox magazine.

It depends on which Future magazine you're looking at. The Xbox mag has an Xbox themed ad in it, and Nintendo Power has a Nintendo themed ad.

Exactly my OXM has the same advertisement only it is Xbox 360 focused.

let me clear some stuff up...i was shopping with my grandma, so..the steaks are mine, the purse and everything else is hers....the magazine was some anime magazine, i couldnt find an xbox or ps3 magazine in the store to check those.

anime = japanese
japanese = sony or nintendo

I guess the suggested situation here is:

anime fans = ps3 owners?

or perhaps

this particular anime magazine = opt for PS3 ads

It's clear to me that the SDF must have placed that ad. It is completely improbable that N4G would tailor it's ad placement to the predominant demographic of a given publication.
