I know this is the Xbox 360 section of the forums and normally i wouldn't post something like this here. But seeing how we have had a sudden influx of new members and alot of new post and threads, i felt this is something that should be reminded to everyone. Below you will find a link to the N4G Forum Rules. Here you'll find everything you will need to know on how to act in accordance to the rules. Also, heres some personal advice on how to conduct yourself on the boards.

Proof reading. I have seen a huge increase in incorrect spelling and unreadable material. This can be avoided, simply by proof reading everything you post. Nobody is in a race to have a higher post count then the person next to them. So take the time and read your own post. Make sure its written so that other members can understand it clearly, as this will help with further discussions. Also, why is it some members must use some sort of profanity to get the point across. Can you not have an intelligent discussion without having to belittle someone simple because they disagree with you. Even if you are being personally attacked, you shouldn't retaliate in the same behavior that caused you to retaliate. Which brings me to my next point

Personal attacks will not be tolerated. You will be banned from the forums if you believe this is your only way to make your point. Nothing is more despicable then having a fellow member lash out on someone simple because they have a different opinion on why Metal Gear Solid 4 will or wont come to the 360. Is it worth it, really? We're all gamers regardless of our system, gamer-score, or brand of choice. Treat people the way you would like to be treated. Something your mother might have taught you.
